REFUND INFORMATION<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after you receive the item to request a return.<\/p>\n

In order to make a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.<\/p>\n

To initiate a return, you may contact us at info@alboredesign.com. Returns should be sent to the following address: via Nicolao Castiglioni, 2, 21043 Castiglione Olona (VA).<\/p>\n

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items that are returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

Damage and Problems<\/h3>\n

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.<\/p>\n

\nExceptions \/ non-returnable items<\/h3>\n

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.<\/p>\n

\nChanges<\/h3>\n

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item in question and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.<\/p>\n

\n14-day cooling-off period in the European Union.<\/h3>\n

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.<\/p>\n

Refunds<\/h3>\n

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be made automatically using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
