How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs for Europe are €20.00, for the United States and non-EU countries €50.00, and free for Italy.

When will my order be shipped?

The lamps are produced on demand and are all numbered as unique pieces, because we prefer to produce when needed.
The LAYER and NATURAL version lamps will be shipped and delivered within 7-10 working days.
SMOOTH lamps will be shipped and delivered within 15-20 working days.
However, it is possible that your order may be delivered earlier than expected, but we try to extend the delivery times to ensure that we can meet demand. For more information, please write to info@alboredesign.com.

How can I track my shipment?

We will send you a notification with the shipping code for your purchase so that you can check its status at any time.

My lamp arrived damaged. What should I do?

If the lamp was delivered damaged or is the wrong model, please send us an email immediately at: info@alboredesign.com. In the email, in addition to describing the problem, please attach photos or short videos to document the report, quoting the order number in the subject line. We also ask you to keep the packaging material until the problem is resolved.

How can I request a refund?

To request a refund or replacement lamp, please contact us at: info@alboredesign.com, indicating the order number in the subject line. We will process the refund or replacement of the desired lamp once we have received the product. We will schedule a pick-up at the address you provide and send you the waybill to include in the shipment.

How long is the warranty on your products?

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery, and we offer a two-year warranty on all our lamps, during which we will replace or repair any malfunctioning lamps. Once the two-year warranty period has expired, we will assess each report individually for each type of problem.

How can I clean my lamp?

To remove dust or dirt stains from our lamps, use a damp cotton cloth without adding degreasers or thinners. For lamps in the NATURAL version, please take special care to dab rather than rub the cloth on the surface.

Our headquarters in Castiglione Olona (VA), via Nicolao Castiglioni, 2 – 21043 (ITALY) has a showroom that is always open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
