Albore Design received the “Under 35 Hotel 2024 – The Most Innovative Digital Artisans” award

We at Albore Design participated in the “Hotel 2024” event held at the “Fiera Messe” in Bolzano. “Hotel 2024” is one of the most important exhibition events reserved for the hotellerie and catering industry in Italy.

During the ceremony, we received the “Under 35 Hotel 2024 – The Most Innovative Digital Artisans” award. The award ceremony featured the presentation of 10 under-35s who have made a difference in their field of work.

The well-attended event was held on a stage used for the ceremony with the conduct of renowned sommelier Simon Staffler.

Below are Jacopo Mandarino‘s emotions during the event:

“Before we were called on stage we were very nervous, because it’s not every day that we get to be honored and get called on a stage to tell what we do and especially to make it clear why we do it. Once we went up then and took the microphone in hand Mirko and I took turns answering the presenter’s questions and the tension melted away. Once the presentation was over we were presented with the award plaque and took the customary photos.”
